At Bagged Out Fishing, we aim to provide quality products and customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns and refunds in compliance with Australian Consumer Law.
1. Faulty or Damaged Items - If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
2. Change of Mind Returns - Change of mind returns may be accepted at our discretion. To be eligible for a return. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Process for Returns To initiate a return, please contact us at with the following information. Your name and order number, Reason for return, Photos of any faults or damages (if applicable) We will provide you with return instructions, including the return address.
4. Refunds - Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Exchanges - If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please follow the returns process. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Non-Returnable Items - The following items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons. Opened or used apparel, Custom-made or personalized products (unless faulty)
7. Shipping Costs - Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty or not as described. For change of mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. 8.
