Online Store Purchase & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all products purchased through the Bagged Out Fishing online store.

1. Order Confirmation

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
  • Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • Bagged Out Fishing reserves the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or if an error in pricing occurs. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

 

2. Order Cancellations

Before Dispatch

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before the item has been shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
  • Customers must follow the Returns Policy outlined below.

 

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
  • Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
  • Used or damaged items (unless faulty).

 

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including reasonable return shipping costs).

 

5. Change of Mind

  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.

 

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
