Online Store Purchase & Cancellation Policy
This policy applies to all products purchased through the Bagged Out Fishing online store.
1. Order Confirmation
- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
- Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
- Bagged Out Fishing reserves the right to cancel any order if a product becomes unavailable or if an error in pricing occurs. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Order Cancellations
Before Dispatch
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund if cancellation is requested before the item has been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
- Customers must follow the Returns Policy outlined below.
3. Returns & Refunds
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached (if applicable).
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance or sale items (unless faulty).
- Gift cards or digital products (if applicable).
- Used or damaged items (unless faulty).
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund (including reasonable return shipping costs).
5. Change of Mind
- Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued once the item has been received and inspected.
6. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
